Return Policies

All sales are final on the following items: used parts, gaskets, electrical items and belts. Parts with “NR” following the SKU number are non-returnable. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be allowed on these items. No exceptions.

All returns on eligible parts must be made within 3o days.

Sorry, we can not refund freight charges.

The following procedures apply to all eligible returns:

All eligible returns must be clean, unopened, undamaged, free of  grease and dirt, in their original container in sellable condition.  Prior to returning a part you must contact us for Return Authorization within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a return authorization has been issued parts must be returned freight pre-paid w/in 10 days to the specified address. No COD’s will be accepted. Once the returned merchandise has been inspected and is deemed to be in its original condition a refund in the original form of payment will be issued immediately.
